Abstract
The world knows Warren Buffett as one of the greatest value investors of all time. He is the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, a multinational conglomerate holding company, and over the years his company has seen unimaginable returns under his leadership. Though he possesses superior investment knowledge, it is not just his intelligence that has lead to his company's success. Warren Buffett is an incredibly effective leader on account of his personal integrity, relationship building skills, wise business approach, and commitment to his responsibilities. This paper examines what sets Warren Buffett's leadership style apart from other CEOs.
