Abstract
Welcome to the first Connecticut Compendium. The Compendium is an indexed compilation of-abstracts from international and comparative law journals throughout the United States. The editors look forward to publishing the Compendium once or twice a year. Each participating journal has supplied the Connecticut Journal of International Law with synopses of the articles and student written materials published in its last issue released prior to 15 September 1991. The issue abstracts, alphabetized by journal name, are set forth herein as they were received, without substantial editing.
